Delivering context-appropriate offers and promotions to customers at different moments is difficult. With over 1,000 Service Stations, all with a number of different products, offered services, and ongoing promotions, the challenge of speaking directly to the customer with relevant messaging is even more difficult.

Solution helped build incredibly agile, on-brand, festive templates which were aligned to custom audiences and Shell station locations. Custom location and product feeds were built through automation, enabling Shell's various assortments and offers to be aligned to each specific Shell location based on the profiles of each site and the partnerships available. That attention to detail resulted in as much as a 12% increase in sales in one category.
