Adit was previously at Google for 5 years where he was Head of Sales for GA360 across Continental Europe and Emerging Markets. Prior to that, Adit has worked in 5 startups in the US and Europe as owner / entrepreneur / investor, most recently serving as Executive Director at Visual IQ (sold to Nielsen in 2017). Adit lives between Madrid and New York and loves 5:00am wake up calls.

Patrick has won numerous awards including the Gold, Silver and Bronze at Cannes for his work with Heinz, Samsung, Sony, Guinness, and Ford and the Unilever Gold Medal for Advertising. He was global creative lead for KFC and creative director for Ford of Europe, and was on The Drum’s top 100 list of most influential people in digital media.

Patrick Collister
Creative Director

Previously, Manu was the co-founder and CEO of Visual IQ, where he envisioned solutions for cross-channel marketing attribution for the largest global advertisers. He grew Visual IQ to 250 clients and 325 employees globally. In 2017, the company was acquired by Nielsen. Manu was part of the operating team at Vizium, a database marketing company acquired by Carat. In his free time loves cooking and hanging out with his two boys!

President, Americas

Ravi has over 30 years experience in management, business development, and corporate development. As Managing Partner at Fog City he has held operating and board roles in portfolio companies including Visual IQ, Om Entertainment Group, Codeshelf, and SolutionSet. Earlier in his career, he was a management consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton. Ravi has a B.S. from University of California and an MBA from University of Chicago and London Business School.

David is a serial entrepreneur, previously co-founder of Ad-X tracking the In-App Attribution platform acquired by Criteo in 2013. At Criteo he performed multiple roles during his 4 years including GM mobile solutions where David built the in-App retargeting business from scratch and GM of offline attribution and most recently board member, NED investor and adviser to numerous adtech start-ups.

Allan joined Ad-Lib on day 1 and has been there every step of the way. Having spent years differentiating in the classroom he was keen to drive personalisation in another industry. He is happiest when beating Stacey at mental arithmetic... and building global partnerships for success!
